I had contacted PMAM through their website a month before my event in Malaysia and was immediately contacted by Kevin. Kevin is a gem, level of service went above and beyond in arranging the perfect... stylist. I had opted for a Master stylist, Clara, for an additional RM100.Prior to the appointment, I shared with Clara and Kevin sample photos of the updo and make-up ideas, along with the traditional Balinese kebaya photos.I had flown in from San Francisco, California a few days prior to the wedding event, provided my hotel information and immediately confirmed my time and stylist reservation. I had opted for a Master stylist, Clara, for an additional RM100.Prior to the appointment, I shared with Clara and Kevin sample photos of the updo and make-up ideas, along with the traditional Balinese kebaya photos.I had flown in from San Francisco, California a few days prior to the wedding event, provided my hotel information and immediately confirmed my time and stylist reservation. Clara arrived early to the appointment. I loooove Clara! I am so appreciative of the time and care during the session. I had been battling hyperpigmentation and the make-up application was flawless. Very professional make up artist studio and a good manager to handle arrangements between make up artists and customers even though we engaged them last minute.All of them were very accommodating including doing self-test that we provided and were very punctual.They also listened to us when it came to making sure our make up requests were fulfilled i.e. natural and not too bright.Overall good experience and will recommend again!

I had booked their services for make up and hair. Every part of the procedure from booking to conversing with the make up artist was very simple and hassle free. Perfection, Jayne was a sweetheart. ❤️

Loved the service..kevin was great! My assisgned makeup artist, clara was amazingg..it was exactly what i imagined (not just make up but my hair was on point). Thankss so much guys!!

Loved the makeup Eranthe did for me .Fantastic customer service.I would highly recommend her and will definitely use her service again.

Service is good. But the makeup artist for the makeup is satisfied only, may have some improvement. Overall is ok.
