All price quoted are subject to the date, time, location and availability of our makeup artist.
Please note that makeup artists are assigned automatically by our system, and requests for a specific artist cannot be accommodated.
Please note that makeup accessories are not provided, but you may purchase them from online or shop, and our makeup artist will be happy to help incorporate them into your hairstyle.
To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit confirms your appointment, artist allocation and avoid last-minute cancellations or changes.
The remaining 50% balance payment is required at least 1 day prior to the scheduled makeup event. However, any exceptions may be considered at the discretion of management depending on the situation.
Please note that bookings scheduled before 6am are subject to an additional RM100 surcharge because our makeup artist needs to report earlier than standard operating hours, which involves additional preparation time and scheduling adjustments.
Please note that a RM100 surcharge applies to late bookings made less than 24 hours before the event because we need to adjust schedules and sometimes rearrange existing appointments. In some cases, it may also require overtime or premium allocation of resources to accommodate your last minute request.
Please note that cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in deposit or full payment forfeiture, as the timeslot has been reserved exclusively for you.
Our price covers the full makeup and hairdo service but does not include parking charges. Any parking fees incurred at the venue will be borne by the client.
Finally, please note that a “late fee” will be applied if the session starts later than the agreed time, as our artists are booked on a tight timeline. An additional charge of RM50 will apply for every 15 minutes of delay. Any delay may affect the artist’s next appointment or the company may need to assign a new artist to cover the subsequent booking. This may result in additional planning and costs.

I had a wonderful experience with my makeup artist. She was punctual despite the very early start time, professional, and incredibly friendly throughout the session. Her makeup skills were excellent, creating a flawless and long-lasting look that suited me perfectly. I was also impressed that she used high-end makeup products, which gave a beautiful finish and felt comfortable on my skin. Thank you for making me feel confident and look my best. I would highly recommend both the makeup artist and promakeupartistmalaysia for their excellent service, reliability, and smooth coordination from start to finish.

Natural clean look and hair by the makeup artist Shavy Phang. She's pleasant, punctual and professional. Makeup was done by 6am. Despite Malaysia's hot weather, the makeup was still fresh looking by 4pm. That's an amazing 10 hours. Thank you for making me beautiful. ❤️

I had an amazing experience with Clara! From start to finish, she was professional, friendly and incredibly talented. She really listened to what I wanted and created a look that was absolutely flawless, natural yet glamorous, elegant and lasted throughout the event. The makeup felt lightweight yet looked absolutely stunning in photos and in person. I received so many compliments the entire time. Their attention to detail and ability to enhance natural beauty truly sets her apart.🥳🥰👏😍
