I can’t say enough good things about Vivian 💕 She was such a joy to have around on the day of my brother’s wedding! From the moment she arrived, she was calm, professional, and so kind. She gave me exactly what I asked for — and honestly, even better than the photos I showed her 💇🏻‍♀️✨

I was struggling finding a good MUA for my graduation ceremony as I had no friends/ relatives in Malaysia and it was my first time visiting there. Kevin handled the situation so well when I had to postpone our plans to next week and Vinnie is such a good makeup artist, a gapped hairstylist and very warm as a person. when my hair lost the waves she again styled them saying I dont need to worry. she did makeup for me and my mom including hair and even helping with my mom's confusing outfit. I would definitely book again in the future. Vinnie went overtime but still made sure that our makeup and hair were flawless. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Even though it was a very last-minute booking (as I didn’t know any MUA in Penang), they were quick to assist and made everything so easy. I recently used this service while on holiday in Malaysia.

I arranged the appointment from Australia by contacting Kevin Woo. Kevin responded quickly assigned the Make-up specialist Clara to attend to my needs by creating a whatsapp group chat. Kevin was a delight to chat with and assured me that Clara is one of the best make-up artists.

Clara requested photos of my face and the dress that I would wear on the day and also the style of make-up and hair style I prefer.
Clara then sent me various photos of ladies with make-up and hair styles that suited my preferences. I chose the ones I liked and the planning was all done within a day and before I travelled to Malaysia!

On the day of the event, Clara arrived at my hotel room on time and made me feel like a Hollywood star. The attention to detail from Clara was absolutely paramount. The products she used were high quality and my skin and hair felt amazing! Everyone at the event complimented Clara's work!

If you're considering booking with Pro Makeup Artist, please do not !!. I trusted the makeup artist (Patma) for my graduation. I went in with a fresh glowing base (see before pic, the makeup artist took it after doing my eyebrows). The makeup lasted for a few minutes and ended up cakey, and my brows looked like they were filled with crayon and the lip color was not suited to my skin tone. She ignored my skin tone, didn't prep my skin properly and seemed to be in a rush the entire time. After the makeup I did not look anything like myself and I had to end up blending the bronzer in the bathroom right before the event.

When I raised the issue with the team, the makeup artist was rude about it and kept convincing me that she did her job right and I was frustrated. Please book with someone who respects both your money and your confidence.

I recently had my makeup and hair done by Clara, and she was honestly incredible! Super talented and professional, but also really kind and easy to talk to. What really stood out to me was how much she genuinely listened to what I wanted even though I was hesitant to say it myself. I ended up changing my mind about the eye makeup because I didn’t feel comfortable with how it looked at first.
