I had a pleasant experience with the artist. She was very friendly, approachable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. While the final makeup look was not quite my personal preference, I appreciated her effort and professionalism.

Hired them to do my hair and makeup for a family photoshoot. Contacted them the day before the event and was assigned a stylist promptly for the next day. Clara ( the stylist assigned) was punctual, pleasant and very professional. She kept checking if I was comfortable during the process and I appreciate how careful she was. Price was reasonable for providing makeup and hairdo in the comfort of my own hotel room. Overall, highly recommended for personalised event make up right at your doorstep.

Thank you for the makeup service. The base colour was well matched to my skin tone and was definitely to my liking. The highlight of the day, however, was my eyebrows — they were beautifully done and probably my favourite part of the look. Overall, thank you for your time and effort even though my request was so last minute.

It was a great experience. We had an artist named Clara and she was amazing. My friends look beautiful and amazing. They said she was amazing and kind. All my other friends thought her work was great and that she made two my bridesmaid comfortable and enjoyed their session with her. If there’s an event I need I will be going back to them again!! It was such a last monkey decision on my end to hire one and they really accommodated me. I loved it and found it amazing and great!! Thank you so much again!! Hire them!! We had an excellent experience with Pro Make Up Artist Malaysia. Kevin was very easy to deal with, and Quennie was the makeup artist for my daughter during her 4‑day ice skating competition. All the styles and looks we requested were perfectly followed, and Quennie truly knows how to handle kids with patience and care. She even came to our hotel room to do the makeup, which was very convenient for us. Their professionalism really stood out, and if I return to Malaysia, I will definitely book their services again. Highly recommended!

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. As a former makeup artist myself, I don’t appreciate being treated like I don’t know what I’m talking about. The only reason I booked a makeup artist was because I had been awake since 4am helping with my family’s wedding. I’ve retired from the industry, so I wanted to save myself the effort and get some rest. Instead, I ended up having to redo both my makeup and hair myself before attending the event. Here were the main issues: • Vivian arrived 1 hour late, causing us to be late for the wedding reception. • I provided multiple makeup and hairstyle references beforehand. I fully understand that no one can recreate another person’s face exactly, but I expected a similar makeup style, which was a clean, elegant soft glam. Instead, the final result looked completely different, and it felt like my references were never reviewed. • There was little consultation throughout the appointment. Vivian kept asking what I wanted during the session instead of following the references, and even failed to follow simple instructions. • My skin condition was never assessed before foundation was applied. • No face primer or eyeshadow primer was used. Halfway through applying foundation, serum was suddenly applied instead. • The foundation application technique and tools used were unsuitable for my dry skin. I chose to trust the process because I believed I had hired a professional. • No colour correction was done for my dark circles or uneven skin tone, even after I brought it up. • Without asking for my permission, Vivian shaved part of my eyebrows. There was absolutely no communication or approval beforehand. • When I pointed out issues such as uneven eyebrows, crooked eyeliner, visible lash band, contour, foundation, lipstick colour, and hairstyle, I was repeatedly told to trust the process or that it would be fixed. Either it was never corrected, or I had to keep reminding Vivian to fix the same issues. In some cases, she even tried to convince me there wasn’t a problem. • No setting spray was used. Instead, a facial mist was sprayed, and I was told it would keep my makeup in place for up to 24 hours. Within just a few hours, my makeup had already faded, oxidized, and become patchy. • When I contacted management about the experience, the response was simply, “I’m sorry this happened,” with no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation. I’ve worked as a makeup artist before and have done makeup for hundreds of clients, including large-scale events. I’m not expecting perfection, but I do expect professional standards, proper communication, and basic makeup techniques. Despite repeatedly asking for corrections, I was still unhappy with the final result. In the end, I had to fix both my makeup and hair myself. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service.👎🏻
