I had contacted PMAM through their website a month before my event in Malaysia and was immediately contacted by Kevin. Kevin is a gem, level of service went above and beyond in arranging the perfect... stylist. I had opted for a Master stylist, Clara, for an additional RM100.Prior to the appointment, I shared with Clara and Kevin sample photos of the updo and make-up ideas, along with the traditional Balinese kebaya photos.I had flown in from San Francisco, California a few days prior to the wedding event, provided my hotel information and immediately confirmed my time and stylist reservation. Kevin is a gem, level of service went above and beyond in arranging the perfect stylist. I had opted for a Master stylist, Clara, for an additional RM100.Prior to the appointment, I shared with Clara and Kevin sample photos of the updo and make-up ideas, along with the traditional Balinese kebaya photos.I had flown in from San Francisco, California a few days prior to the wedding event, provided my hotel information and immediately confirmed my time and stylist reservation. I had good impression since from start. The way Kevin responded to my query and request. Very friendly and professional indeed. Elaine was sharp on time. I was juggling between makeup and baby and she was so patient with me. As a postpartum mother I really needed good hairdo n makeup and she made me look so nice. Overall very satisfied with their service.

Clara is very attentive and accommodate to my request on my makeup and hair style. Love it. The makeup stay for the whole night. ❤️
