All price quoted are subject to the date, time, location and availability of our makeup artist.
Please note that makeup artists are assigned automatically by our system, and requests for a specific artist cannot be accommodated.
Please note that makeup accessories are not provided, but you may purchase them from online or shop, and our makeup artist will be happy to help incorporate them into your hairstyle.
To secure your booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit confirms your appointment and will be deducted from the total balance.
The remaining 70% balance payment is required at least 1 day prior to the scheduled makeup event.
Please note that bookings scheduled between 4:00 am and 5:59 am are subject to an additional RM100 surcharge.
Please note that a RM100 surcharge applies to late bookings made less than 24 hours before the event.
Please note that cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in deposit forfeiture, as the timeslot has been reserved exclusively for you.
Our price covers the full makeup and hairdo service but does not include parking charges. Any parking fees incurred at the venue will be borne by the client.

Kevin handled the situation so well when I had to postpone our plans to next week and Vinnie is such a good makeup artist, a gapped hairstylist and very warm as a person. when my hair lost the waves... she again styled them saying I dont need to worry. she did makeup for me and my mom including hair and even helping with my mom's confusing outfit. DO NOT BOOKIf you're considering booking with Pro Makeup Artist, please do not !!. I trusted the makeup artist (Patma) for my graduation. I went in with a fresh glowing base (see before pic, the... makeup artist took it after doing my eyebrows). The makeup lasted for a few minutes and ended up cakey, and my brows looked like they were filled with crayon and the lip color was not suited to my skin tone. She ignored my skin tone, didn't prep my skin properly and seemed to be in a rush the entire time. After the makeup I did not look anything like myself and I had to end up blending the bronzer in the bathroom right before the event.When I raised the issue with the team, the makeup artist was rude about it and kept convincing me that she did her job right and I was frustrated. I had contacted PMAM through their website a month before my event in Malaysia and was immediately contacted by Kevin. Kevin is a gem, level of service went above and beyond in arranging the perfect stylist. I had opted for a Master stylist, Clara, for an additional RM100.Prior to the appointment, I shared with Clara and Kevin sample photos of the updo and make-up ideas, along with the traditional Balinese kebaya photos.I had flown in from San Francisco, California a few days prior to the wedding event, provided my hotel information and immediately confirmed my time and stylist reservation. Clara arrived early to the appointment. I loooove Clara! I am so appreciative of the time and care during the session. I had been battling hyperpigmentation and the make-up application was flawless. I was speechless after the make-up application, I couldn't believe it was me! Lol. I had also opted for a 1920's vintage updo with flowers adorning both sides of the hair bun. I figured with the heat and humidity in Malaysia, best to keep my hair up.When I arrived to the wedding reception, childhood friends whom I haven't seen in over 35 years were stunned. I received so many compliments on my hair updo and make-up. Thank you so much to Kevin and Clara for your help. I felt confident, beautiful and happy going into the event.

I took their service for my graduation. I wasn't very confident at first because of my past experiences. After reading the reviews, I wanted to give it a try. I really love the makeup Elaine did, she did it so well . I also get a lot of compliments from my family and friends. On top of all that, I was looking beautiful in all my graduation pictures. Kevin handled the situation so well when I had to postpone our plans to next week and Vinnie is such a good makeup artist, a gapped hairstylist and very warm as a person. when my hair lost the waves she again styled them saying I dont need to worry. she did makeup for me and my mom including hair and even helping with my mom's confusing outfit. I would definitely book again in the future. Vinnie went overtime but still made sure that our makeup and hair were flawless. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

They managed to assign a make-up artist to me under such short notice as I had travelled from Australia. Vivian was fantastic as my make-up artist and nailed the brief! She listened to what I needed and worked her magic. I would definitely ask for their service again if I need one the next time I am in Malaysia again.

DO NOT BOOKIf you're considering booking with Pro Makeup Artist, please do not !!. I trusted the makeup artist (Patma) for my graduation. I went in with a fresh glowing base (see before pic, the makeup artist took it after doing my eyebrows). The makeup lasted for a few minutes and ended up cakey, and my brows looked like they were filled with crayon and the lip color was not suited to my skin tone. She ignored my skin tone, didn't prep my skin properly and seemed to be in a rush the entire time. After the makeup I did not look anything like myself and I had to end up blending the bronzer in the bathroom right before the event.When I raised the issue with the team, the makeup artist was rude about it and kept convincing me that she did her job right and I was frustrated. Please book with someone who respects both your money and your confidence.

Firstly, I called to ask if there is a slot on the day I had my annual dinner, it was kind of a last minute request but Pro Makeup Artist made it happen for me, they were very professional and trustable with the process from starting to finish. Clara, who is just amazing both in her skills and personality, she did just as what I wanted, actually better than what I wanted, from makeup up to hairdo, she was very precise and she knows how to deliver a very simple beautiful makeup as I requested. I was not feeling heavy that day during my annual dinner, and I was confident throughout the whole day, thanks to Clara. It is a trustable company for you to do your makeup and hairdo professionally. Clara has done it so well and she made me feel so comfortable and her warm character is a plus point. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
