Terms of Service
- All price quoted are subject to the date, time, location and availability of our makeup artist.
- Please note that makeup artists are assigned automatically by our system based on availability and scheduling requirements. As such, requests for a specific makeup artist cannot be accommodated. If you choose not to proceed with the assigned makeup artist after the booking has been confirmed, any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
- Clients are responsible for selecting the appropriate makeup package based on their requirements, either independently or after consultation with our consultant. If the selected package does not accurately reflect the requested service, additional charges may apply. We reserve the right to decline, modify or cancel any booking if the actual requirements exceed the scope of the package selected or cannot be reasonably accommodated. In such cases, any deposit or payment made shall be deemed non-refundable and may be forfeited to cover administrative costs, reservation of the appointment slot and loss of business opportunities arising from the booking.
- Please note that makeup accessories are not provided but you may purchase them from online or shop, and our makeup artist will be happy to help incorporate them into your hairstyle.
- To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit confirms your appointment, artist allocation and avoid last-minute cancellations or changes.
- The remaining balance can be paid after your makeup session is completed, together with any parking fees (if applicable). However, we highly recommend settling the remaining balance at least one day before your appointment. As the day of your event is often busy and time-sensitive, making the payment in advance allows you to focus on your schedule and helps ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
- Please note that bookings scheduled before 6am are subject to an additional RM100 surcharge because our makeup artist needs to report earlier than standard operating hours, which involves additional preparation time and scheduling adjustments.
- Please note that an additional RM100 surcharge applies to bookings made less than 24 hours before the event. This surcharge reflects the additional coordination required to accommodate last-minute requests, including adjusting schedules, rearranging existing appointments and making premium allocations of time and resources. In many cases, it also involves extensive preparation and planning to ensure we can deliver the same high standard of service despite the shortened lead time.
- Please note that cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in deposit or full payment forfeiture, as the timeslot has been reserved exclusively for you. Such last minutes changes also result in lost business opportunities for our company because it prevent us from accepting other booking.
- Hotel room makeup and hairstyling appointments are charged RM50 more per booking compared to residential home appointments. This small surcharge helps cover the logistic and operating costs involved.
- Our price covers the full makeup and hairdo service but does not include parking charges. Any parking fees incurred at the venue will be borne by the client.
- Please note that a “late fee” will be applied if the session starts later than the agreed time, as our artists are booked on a tight timeline. An additional charge of RM50 will apply for every 15 minutes of delay. Any delay may affect the artist’s next appointment or the company may need to assign a new artist to cover the subsequent booking. This may result in additional planning and costs.
- Our makeup artists will make every reasonable effort to achieve the desired look based on the reference photos and discussions provided but we do not guarantee an exact replication of any makeup or hairstyle. The final outcome may vary from person to person due to factors beyond our control including but not limited to skin type, skin condition, facial features, hair length, hair texture, hair thickness, hair condition, natural hair volume, previous chemical treatments, weather conditions and the client’s preparation prior to the appointment. Reference photos are intended as a guide only.
- By proceeding with the booking, the client acknowledges and accepts that variations in the final makeup and hairstyle are normal and do not constitute a failure to provide the service as agreed. No refunds, discounts or compensation shall be provided solely on the basis that the final outcome differs from the reference photo or the client’s expectations, provided the service has been delivered professionally and in accordance with the agreed requirements. The client further agrees that any outstanding balance payment must be settled in full upon completion of the service.
