Yes. Our makeup artists provide convenient door-to-door makeup and hairstyling services throughout major cities in west Malaysia. Whether you’re getting ready at home, a hotel, office or event venue, our artists will come fully equipped with professional makeup products and hairstyling tools.
We serve clients throughout Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya, Penang, Johor Bahru, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Perak, and Pahang. We also accept bookings in Singapore via Pro Makeup Artist Singapore website.

Our makeup and hairstyling services are competitively priced, with Junior Makeup Artist services starting from RM300 and Senior Makeup Artist services from RM400 for most appointments in major cities and towns across Malaysia.
We believe in transparent pricing, so our rates are generally fixed with no hidden charges. However, a small transportation surcharge may apply for selected locations, such as Genting Highlands and other outstation areas, where our makeup artists are required to travel to and from Kuala Lumpur.
For bridal makeup, ROM makeup, Akad makeup, Halloween makeup, special effects (SFX) makeup, and fantasy makeup, cosplay makeup, pricing is customized based on your requirements. Factors such as the complexity of the makeup look, hairstyling, duration of the session, and any special requests may affect the final quotation. Our hotel room makeup and hairstyling appointments are charged RM50 more per booking compared to residential home appointments due to logistics and operating costs involved. Despite these additional costs, we bring the complete salon experience directly to your hotel room, allowing you to relax and enjoy the convenience of professional makeup and hairstyling without leaving your accommodation.
Our Junior Makeup Artists are professionally trained and capable of delivering elegant looks for various occasions. They are a great choice for clients seeking quality makeup at a more affordable rate, as they continue to develop their expertise under senior supervision but our Senior Makeup Artists are industry experts with extensive experience in bridal, event, and professional makeup. They are recognized for their precision, creativity, and ability to tailor each look perfectly to the client’s style and needs.
Ultimately, the choice between a Junior and Senior Makeup Artist comes down to your budget and the level of experience you prefer. Both our Junior and Senior Makeup Artists are professionally trained, highly skilled, and capable of delivering beautiful makeup and hairstyling results.
The main difference lies in their years of experience, exposure to a wider variety of makeup styles and techniques, and their ability to handle more complex or demanding requests. If you’re working within a budget, our Junior Makeup Artists offer excellent value without compromising on quality. Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, reserve your preferred timeslot and assign a makeup artist. The remaining balance is generally payable before your appointment.
We accept booking deposits via Bank Transfer / Telegraphic Transfer (TT), DuitNow, and PayPal. Please note that PayPal payments are subject to an additional 8% transaction fee to cover processing charges. If you prefer to pay using another method, such as Touch ‘n Go eWallet or other payment options, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
The remaining balance can be paid after your makeup session is completed. We accept payment via Bank Transfer / Telegraphic Transfer (TT), DuitNow, or PayPal (Please note that PayPal payments are subject to an additional 8% transaction fee to cover processing charges). If applicable, you may also include any parking fees in the same payment.
We generally do not encourage cash payments for security and convenience reasons. However, if you have no other payment option, please let us know in advance. We will still be happy to accept cash payment when necessary.
Yes, absolutely! You’re welcome to make the full payment upfront if you prefer. Many of our clients choose this option because it offers greater convenience and a smoother experience on the day of their appointment.

If there are any parking fees incurred on the day, these can simply be paid separately after the makeup session.
Unfortunately no because our makeup artists are assigned based on availability, scheduling and your booking requirements. This allows us to manage appointments efficiently while ensuring every client receives professional service from an experienced artist.
Our artists use a combination of high-quality professional makeup brands such as mac, nars, morphe, tarte, ABH, Laura mercier, etc for makeup. All exceptional good brand, quality and suitable for different skin types and occasions. Product selection may vary depending on the assigned artist and your desired makeup style.
Absolutely. We highly encourage clients to share inspiration photos before or during the appointment. This helps our makeup artist better understand your preferred makeup style and achieve the look you envision.
Most appointments take between 60 to 90 minutes depending on:
- Makeup style
- Hairstyle complexity
- Hair length
- Number of services booked
We allocate 120 mins in total to allow extra time for any touch-ups, adjustments or final refinement if needed so you have a more relaxed and complete experience.
Bridal and creative makeup may require additional time and take between 120-150 mins because it requires different kind of precission, application and refine makeup techniques comparing to personal makeup.
Yes. Most of our packages include both professional makeup and hairstyling to provide you with a complete makeover for your special occasion.
Please note that hair accessories and hair extensions are not included in our makeup and hairstyling services. If you wish to use them, you may purchase your preferred accessories online or from a retail store before your appointment. Our makeup artist will be happy to incorporate them into your hairstyle to complete your desired look.
Yes.If you wear a hijab or do not require hairstyling, you may choose to opt out of the hairstyling service. Please note that the package price will remain the same, as our pricing is based on the overall service package rather than individual components.
Yes. Our makeup artist just need a chair and nearby power outlet to power their equipment. Also we recommend you arriving with a clean face and dry hair. If you have inspiration photos or specific requests, please share them in the WhatsApp group with your makeup artist before the session begins.
Yes. False eyelashes are included for most makeup packages unless otherwise stated.
Yes but subject to artist availability but please note that an additional RM100 surcharge applies to bookings made less than 24 hours before the event. This surcharge reflects the additional coordination required to accommodate last-minute requests, including adjusting schedules, rearranging existing appointments and making premium allocations of time and resources. In many cases, it also involves extensive preparation and planning to ensure we can deliver the same high standard of service despite the shortened lead time. We recommend booking early, especially during weekends and wedding seasons to avoid disappointment and the late charges.
Yes we do but there will be an additional RM100 surcharge incur because our makeup artist needs to report earlier than standard operating hours, which involves additional preparation time and scheduling adjustments.
